I wish I had a perfect reply but it’s your life and only you can fix it. If I were you, I would ask myself why in the hell am I doing all this? Why am I taking care of everything? Why I cannot reach for help in my community to free some time? Why have I made everybody rely on me for what they should be doing? Why I cannot say NO when I know I don’t have time for me? Why ME is not my priority? I can continue with more questions, but I hope you get the point. I asked many of those questions to myself in the past. The answers are very helpful.
